Wayra says his work "...is dedicated to our Creator, our Mother Earth and the Great Spirit, with the hope that we as human beings can all live in peace and freedom on this planet". He plays the Native American flute with a natural rhythm, full of sensitivity and emotion....transcendent beyond words. His music offers the enchanting sounds of his native musical instruments with the solitude of earth, sky and the gift of nature, filling hearts with a peacefulness that could last a lifetime. Wayra′s music embarks us on a spiritual journey of peace and goodwill for all Human kind, and brings with him a lifetime of ancestral traditions from his American Indian way of life, incorporating them into his beautiful flute music. The exotic sounds of traditional Incan music can be dated back as many as five hundred years, representing one of the most well preserved forms of Native American culture. Wayra, "The Wind", musician and flute maker, has enjoyed and shared with all kinds of people of all ages his performance and recording career. With his tours throughout Europe and United States, Wayra brings the exotic sounds of this ancient native music to thousands. Native songs are given new life and contemporary songs acquire the timeless sensations of the mystical Pan Pipes, Cedar Flutes, Chinesse Flutes, Whistles and a variety of Native Wind Instruments of the Americas in his performance.
