Raison D'Etre 是Peter Andersson的個人樂團(tuán)，Peter Andersson是個創(chuàng)作力旺盛的家伙，涉足工業(yè)、氛圍和太空音樂。其實(shí)Raison D'Etre的音樂并不是十分黑暗，也沒有什么“強(qiáng)烈的宗教色彩”，他的音樂內(nèi)省、寧靜，有些作品甚至比較溫暖，即使讓人聯(lián)想到死亡，也是化了妝的美麗的死亡。
 
Raison d'être, formed in 1991 by the sound artist Peter Andersson, has since then supplying listeners with overwhelming dark ambient industrial landscapes of beauty and sorrow, mainly on the Cold meat industry label. Peter Andersson also has a number of side projects including Atomine Elektrine, Bocksholm, Necrophorus, Stratvm Terror, Panzar and more.
