This follows their TMU debut. With production by Johnny Jewel of Glass Candy, the music here takes on a new life. Throw away any preconceptions of the old Chromatics you may have. The production value is reminiscent of Claudio Simonetti (Goblin/Capricorn) or Girogio Mororder. The vocals are dark and dry, the music minimal and sparse. The result is something like a bastard mixing of Italo disco and Throbbing Gristle's "Hot On The Heels Of Love". Addictive.
